My Lodge Naoshima

My experience was overshadowed by inadequate access to food after 7pm, forcing me to trek to the port for decent dining options. The climb to the lodge is steep and tiresome, especially after a long day of exploring the island. The narrow streets leading to the lodge were challenging to navigate.

I loved the amazing views from my room at My Lodge Naoshima. Opening the windows and breathing in the fresh air was a delight each morning. The breakfast had a nice variety, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious salad and fresh bread. The staff were warm and helped. The uphill walk from the port was quite strenuous, especially after a long day of exploring, and the narrow paths made it challenging to navigate. I found the service during dinner lacking. The food quality didn't meet my expectations, and some items felt overpriced given the portion sizes. A thorough cleaning and upkeep of the rooms, especially repainting scuffed walls, would greatly enhance the experience. Staying in the standard twin room was comfortable, but there were some stairs to navigate. The location was fine, but some aspects need attention to was nice.

Outstanding food for the vegetarian breakfast. Beautifully decorated & brand-new room with a big size bathroom. Comfortable and absolutely perfect location in Naoshima, not far from a beautiful island and the inland sea.

The location was fantastic, offering a stunning view that I enjoyed every morning. Although the room could use a bit more care regarding cleanliness, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

My family holiday at my lodge exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal for exploring the art museums, and the conversations with local staff were heartwarming. The tasty breakfast and helpful bag storage service added to the overall experience.

Amazing views and chill vibes!

The views from our room were amazing, and the hosts were super friendly. The meals tasted fresh and were a highlight of our trip. Only wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but we managed just fine. The bar area was a perfect spot to wind down after a busy day.

The view from the Standard Twin Room with Terrace and Sea View was fine! Enjoying breakfast while gazing at the bay was good. The staff were helpful.

The Standard Twin Room with Terrace and Sea view was a gem! The room was super comfy and clean, with amazing views that we loved waking up to. It was nice to have the option to open a window for fresh air, and the breakfast was really lovely. I can't emphasize enough how pleasant the staff were.

The meals, the cozy ambiance, the tranquility of the surroundings was good.

Can recommend for a weekend break

Charming ambiance, helpful staff, and excellent location made my stay enjoyable, as I appreciated the free Wi-Fi in my room and the fact that it was just a short walk to the nearby port and local attractions.
